catechisms and phonics

I am loving homeschooling(most days!) In fact one of my favorite days was when we did our work in the morning and headed for the beach in the afternoon. That is one of the many reasons I wanted to homeschool. We are ALL learning as we go. I laughed the other day because i was doing phonics with Elijah and it totally didn't make sense to me.
Another special part about homeschooling is that we get to teach him God's Word and a little theology along the way. I have really enjoyed learning Elijah's Bible Verses and catechisms with him.
